Complete, No-Hassle Plans to Simplify Construction
All of our custom plans and designs include full structural engineering, roof trusses and floor system engineering, mechanical plans and reports/engineering, and all of the Ontario or Quebec stamps required to obtain permits. Your plans will be completely customized and personalized to your wishes, including custom materials as needed.
On-Site Stick Frame Construction to Minimize Costs
Our home packages are stick-framed on site by trades including framers and carpenters. They are not modular or prefab homes. Stick-framing is the most economical and practical way to build a home without compromise.
Energy Efficiency Measures to Reduce Carrying Costs
Our kits include energy Star windows and doors, lifetime warranty shingles, and the best siding options the industry can offer. Our exclusive R-32 wall system is also standard. Your basement/foundation will be equipped with a 1-inch SM Styrofoam on all exterior walls in addition to standard code insulation, and a 2-inch SM Styrofoam under your concrete floors to help mitigate radon gas issues.
Material Quality to Improve Performance
Our kit feature pre-engineered wood for the structure of your new home, pre-engineered floor systems including ¾ inch OSB sheathing, engineered roof trusses, and engineered post and beams.

As part of your kit purchase we will provide support for all trades and vendors; on-site for local projects and via telephone/email/Skype for long-distance projects, and lifetime call assistance as long as you own your new home.
